SAILING QUALIFICATIONS
According to the Greek law, two members of the crew must be experienced. The skipper must hold a valid sailing license and the co-skipper can submit an official declaration for sailing knowledge.

CHECK IN/OUT
Embarkation time: 17:00 hrs and Disembarkation time: 09:00 hrs.
Obligatory, the yacht must return in the base the day before, the latest at 18:00 hrs for check-out procedure.
(Refueling of boat, diver inspection, check-out).

END CLEANING: Mandatory (payable upon embarkation) cost: EURO 250
NON REFUNDABLE DAMAGE WAIVER (must be arranged in advance): EURO 50/day plus refundable 600 EURO
On skippered charters, non refundable damage waiver of EURO 300 is required
In flotillas and regattas, the non refundable damage waiver is not accepted
We reserve the right to refuse the damage waiver
DISCOUNTS
Early booking (till January of each year): 10%
Boat show: 5%
Repeat client: 5%
Two weeks charter: 5%
Three weeks charter: 10%
Maximum total discounts: 20%
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, by the Charterer, for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply and depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:
A)Cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period more than 30 days prior to boat embarkation.
B)Cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for bookings cancelled in a period less than 30 days prior to boat embarkation. In case that the yacht under cancellation is re-chartered to another Charterer for the same period and under the same conditions only the dossier expenses will be charged.
